The Badge Tab

 Use this tab to record details of an employee’s swipe card, if used.

  1. Enter the Badge Number.

  2. Enter the Issue Number that is encoded on the card.

  3. Enter the Date on which the card is issued.

  4. (Optional) Enter an Expiry Date for the card. The card will stop being valid on the expiry date.

  5. Click Save.

You can now complete the Username tab for the new employee.
