The
Rules Tab
Use this tab to allocate predefined rules to a work
pattern. Rules are calculations which take place based upon the
employee's clockings and the roster they are allocated to. Rules are
defined on the Rules Procedure Maintenance screen.
How do I allocate rules to a work pattern?
- Highlight the required
rule(s) in the Available Rules list.
- Click the << button to
move the selected rule(s) into the Allocated Rules
list.
- Click Save.
You can move a
rule in the Allocated
Rules
list, if required, by highlighting it and using the Up and
Down buttons.
To copy a rule,
select the rule from the drop-down list and click Copy.
If you have
changed any details on this tab, or you are defining a new work
pattern, click Save.
You can now
view the Usage tab for
the employee.
